Anna Carol Lovett
3rd Grade Special Education ELA
About Mrs. Lovett
My name is Anna Carol Lovett. My husband, Jody, and I have been married for 24 years. We have two beautiful daughters, Angel and Madison. I am entering my 13th year of teaching. I have taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 3rd grade, and now I am teaching Special Education ELA. I took a two-year break from teaching when my family moved to New York and to Arizona. I missed being in the classroom so much that when I received a call to move back to Gulfport to teach, I jumped at the opportunity to move my girls home. Four years ago, my family and I moved to Olive Branch to be closer to my husband’s job and we absolutely love it.
I believe in each and every child that walks through my door. No matter what prior education they have or have not had. I do not accept “I can’t” in my classroom, because I believe every child can learn. I strive to create an environment where each child can reach his/her maximum potential. I will do my part to ensure that every child has a productive year and I expect every child to do his/her part in working toward success. I expect every child to follow the rules and procedures of my classroom so that I can ensure every child has the opportunity to learn.
I try to instill in each child in my class a love of learning. I bring enthusiasm and joy into my classroom, so that my students can take these traits with them through their school day and beyond!
